Description
The concept Probert Ambassador has always fascinated me, it's quite similar to Pre-Enterprise-D sketches. They were further refined for the upcoming 'Yesterdays Enterprise' episode though the model was never built due to time and money constraints. Instead we got the other Ambassador which is still an elegant and wonderfully functional ship.

Proberts concept bridged the gap much better though it leaned much more to the Galaxy class than the Excelsior. It's a very modern design even by 21st century standards in terms of other sci-fi ships out there. My only gripe with it is the aft section which looks quite awkward but it's a fine design nonetheless.

The Modeler Wiley Coyote did her justice and did a fine job on both model and textures.

Just something nice and clean in a bold and almost heavenly light.
