For starters, I dont know if Kitsunes do have a 'true form' |D I just saw one in a manga once have bigger fox form, so I decided to give Hikari one as well. Soooo, here is Hikari's 'True' form. ^^ This is what his original body looks like. Which is funny, how this is his 'true' from and he never shows it, and MAYBE 2 people have ever seen it. Since he rarely looks this way, normally taking on his normal fox form(Artic Fox, with face markings) or his human form.
The only for sure time he has ever taken on this form, is when he would have gained his second tail and his powers, giving him this form in the first place. But this form is very taxing on his body, since as you can see with his tails, he is constantly leaking magic. Which, this magic is hard for him to contain in this from, since it is the strongest of all his forms. Its not that he cant control this form or anything, it just takes alot out of him, since this is his strongest and most magical form. Then, once he does say, pass out from this form, 'poof' back to his little fox form. Its hard to explain, he can control this form, he can take on this form whenever he wants, its very strong and lets him fully use his magic(With his other forms, he doesnt get FULL use of all his magic.), but its just so taxing on him and he just has no real reason to use this form most the time, getting away with the magic he can tap into normally. :shrugs: So he just chooses not to take on this form.
Another small thing, when he takes on this form, it runs a risk of him gaining another tail >>' and he is already at 7. When he gains his 9th tail, he 'dies' in a way, or turns into a 'god' of sorts. Which, he knows nothing about, other then hes believes/was told he will be taken to heaven as a 'god', and he fears, that will mean his departure and never seeing his family again... So, just not a form he takes on for any reason, unless he has no other choice.

And small detail I wanted to share about Hikari here ^w^ his markings on his face, can take on any color he chooses, even white(making him look like a normal fox). He normally sticks with red, reminds him of his home country of Japan. But they can be blue, purple, black and so on. Since he is a kitsune, he has the power of illusion, which is what changes his markings colors.
Also, with this form, his pupils are white and his eyes glow. Then his tails are surrounded with fox fire/mist, which like his markings, can be any color. I just went with rainbow, because I like rainbows His markings also go from red to a almost transparent blue, same with his claws. Then his nose is a dark blue.
HE IS ALSO A FLUFFY BOY!! |D He is like cuddling a cloud~ No matter what form, his fur is always fluffy and soft(Even if messy)

Another thing, just throwing it here so I remember. His Powers ~
Fox Fire | Can go into peoples dreams | Illusion | Creation | Travel though worlds |
But he can learn any kind of magic, just has to train himself.
