Description
1. Draw a white circle
2. Erase most the middle of the white circle
3. Blur the sides of the white circle ring
4. Go on a layer below and fill in the blurred ring and lower opacity of layer to desired fill in. Then blur in that so it's smooth with the blurred ring layer.(I do between 5-15)
5. On a layer above the filled and below the blurred ring. Add colors such as a dark blue/yellow and blur them until you have something that looks good to you.
6. Now above all these layers make a new layer, hit the scrollbar at "Mode" and click Luminosity. Draw highlights of desire and blur in here and there.
7. You can merge all these layers down but make sure to lock opacity for the Luminosity so it stays nice and shiny.
8. If you see mistakes or think you want to add more "detail" (highlights/blue) just go under the bubble and do so. Add white/lighter blues below the luminosity to make it pop more and all around the bubble.

I hope this helps some.. fff it's a /simple/ bubble tutorial. I messed with colors more and what not to make mine in my previous deviations. Also you probably want to clean up the sides of your bubble so just erase lumps/uneven parts and blur them in gently.
