Two icon packs for the sable-3.14 package.Sable-Ultra-flat-icons based on gnome-look.org/content/show.ph…
And sable-woken based on Alecive's FlatWoken icons github.com/alecive/FlatWoken
Move the two icon packs(sable-woken, sable-ultra-flat-icons) to '/usr/share/icons' or to '~/.icons'
At this point all I have done is recolor the folders within the themes, everything else remains the same.
02-06-2015 version2 made some changes, mostly with package archives so they aren't brown any longer.
03-18-2015 version3 updated the Ultra-flat-icon pack.

I miss that xfsm-suspend.svg and xfsm-hibernate.svg are not provided by the icon pack. These are necessary for the xfce4-sesssion-logout dialog
