painting of pandora when she recieves the box from hermes. Zeus is depicted as the snake. Prometheus and Herakles in the bg.photoshop, reference used for pandoras face and arms because i couldn't get it to look right without it.

actually i had alot of fun working with the theme. There are still several things that i dislike about this piece. the whole composition feels wierd. Inorder to get the main subject, in this case is the pandoras box, I had to desaturate the rest of the painting and keep the box really saturated inorder to draw viewer eye to that. and the color scheme feels sorta flat. For my next piece i'll work on both color and compositon
