While many take lessons from them , few decide to give themselves fully to their ways. This one still retains certain anatomical elements of its human origin. Most importantly it lacks the finesse and patience of it's older siblings. Defining characteristics of this one are triple oscillation based saws made of the spine(s), as well as heart, converted into venom gun.Related content

So this is a thrall. I always like spiky characters heaped in rags.
Right now, my favorite thralls are the ones of Demigorgan (D&D version). To become a Demigorgan trall you have to summon avatars of the demon that eat a portion of your brain and vomit it back into your mouth. If you survive you can mutate into a really gross looking human with hidden powers like turning your arms into tentacles, casting super out of style spells like turn wood and sticks into snakes, and also just saying convincing things.
