People are always trying to that Bill and Discord a like because of their powers, but I never felt that way for one reason. Discord was the only MLP villain who didn't try to kill someone. In fact I think the whole reason I think Celestia had him reform was because after dealing with Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra back to back after Discord, She realize he was the most powerful but least dangerous villain Equestria ever had.
