Despite his tough-guy attitude, Torch is a softie at heart. He'll go out of his way to help others, even if they're from a different faction. He can't stand to see anyone down, and he'll always do his best to lift their spirits. He won't lie, either. He'll help them work through whatever's bothering them with an honest passion. After all, helping others is what a hero does!

Over-zealous
"Let's go! Agh, hurry! I can't wait any longer!"
Torch's personality can be a bit much sometimes. He's not great at respecting personal space and he isn't always the most considerate. If life was a Youtube video, Torch would be the equivalent of playing at 2x speed. He's hyper to the extreme and sometimes a little hard to understand, but because of that, he's great in a pinch.

Envious
"It's no fair! Why did YOU get to go on a super-cool mission without me?!"
Torch gets envious when he's left out. His hyperactive nature and love for all things excitement make him prone to feeling disappointed when others purposefully dismiss him. He has a tendency to get angry when things aren't going his way. He relieves this stress by sparring, and it's not unnatural for him to challenge someone out of the blue.

History

All his life...Well, that might be exaggerating a bit.

  For the last few years, Torch has followed a single dream. He wanted to join the Resistance! All he had to do was apply, but he was always sent away whenever he tried.

    He was too young. He was too small. Torch was tired of hearing the same excuses over and over again. He told his dad, who was surprisingly supportive, and began training. He carried produce to and from the market. He lifted boxes of putrid fruit onto wagons. He did a lot of things that felt like chores, now that he looks back on it! His efforts were rewarded, though. The Resistance finally accepted him as a member!

His job? Only the most grueling of tasks. Not only does he have to help clean up Lamapie City after the last mission, but he also has to...help transport rations. Is it an exciting job? Not really, but Torch doesn't care! At least he's helping the heroes!

Extras/Fun Facts

- Sees Mimi as his rival and is constantly trying to one-up her.

- Idolizes Viridian, which isn't good for either of their egos.

- Lives in Bitrary City with his adoptive dad, Markus. He helps on the farm whenever he's not busy.

- Carries most of his cargo in a specially-made wagon. He can carry a surprisingly large amount for his size.

- He hasn't realized that he's an errand boy. He thinks that his job is very important. Some of the other members laugh about it behind his back, while others think that his enthusiasm is cute.
