A kooky little hacker who was originally hired by "Tigerlilly" through D-Buggers.org to search through TOME by any means necessary for the Forbidden Power...of which he feels the wrath of first hand, thanks to Alpha. After causing some mischief throughout the game on his own, Rockoon begins to lose grasp of his sense of purpose and grows to hate TOME. Although he's a troublemaker, he's not the malicious type by any means. He battles with powerful bombs that he has hacked to be able to corrupt graphics in the virtual world.

Hee hee. He's heavily inspired by Team Rocket and he gets the kind of character development I always wanted them to have.

Daffy always been wackier, and more of a jealous jerk and greedy troublemaker and no matter what, he's never able to defeat Bugs Bunny. Much like how Rocky can never defeat Kirbopher.

Doubling was really the only person he cared about at ALL in the game and he just pushed him away, maybe forever, so really, you gotta feel sorry for the guy. No wonder he hates the game so much if it contains the memories of him being abandoned by his only "friend", so I don't really blame him for lashing out like that, poor guy lost his trust in everyone
