This is an awesome colorful picture!Overall,the artist is very clever to make this drawing so colorful.This style is really suitable for this cartoon world,like an illusion of a fairy tale.It makes this world even more charming than in the main show.Then let's take a look at the faces of the ponies,their facial expressions are vivid,we can guess what they are doing,even without look at a description.Just as someone mentioned in comments,it's obvious that pinkie really wants that Pie.The only advice I can give is that rainbow's former right leg is a little bit odd,just a little.And if you are courage enough,and get bored with your current style,you can try to make the background a little blurred,then the main characters will be even more highlighted,like some scenes of movie in which the camera focuses on the person and the background became blurred.However,don't do this if you are not 100% sure,your style is already very nice.

I not quite sure how to "blur" an ink outline. In digital land, I usually Gaussian the background line work if i want that "out of focus" look, but I've no clue how to do that with ink. I could try to feather it, but that's more a property of the paper and ink than technique (as far as I know). I could try using thicker lines for foreground and thinner ones for BG. I'd love to get more control over weight for this purpose, but I don't think that will result in "blurred" outline. I could try no linework, but that has other issues.

You're welcome.If you don't get bored drawing in current style,then do not attempt.However,if you really want,then maybe you can try some gouache for the background.It Β somehow gives the same effect as blurred.And the characters keep the current style,it will be an interesting combination,and I can't wait to see the result.However,even myself think this idea is experimental and needs courage to try,but I think the result won't be so bad
