Description Right, so if anyone wanted to see my finished circle product, it's right here: [link]

As you can see, I obviously added more layers to enhance what I so badly explained.

If you're comfortable enough with GIMP, I suggest you just skip this tutorial altogether and look at the real one - I did a horrible job explaining >_>;;

But the colors are pretty! 8D;

If you have any questions, please don't be afraid to ask >O>;

I'm not sure, I've never tried uploading a GIF to dA.

Derp, very random and late comment on this tutorial. >> I recently noticed something while making a little animation, however.

I accidentally drew my stuff on white layers rather than transparant ones, like you mentioned you should use in the tutorial. Much to my surprise, however, having white layers doesn't mess up your animation - actually, it improves it, line - quality - wise.

If you draw and save on transparent layers, the lines become more shaky than you've actually drawn them. However, if you use white layers, they retain their actual look, the way you have drawn them. c:

( if that doesn't make sense because I'm a horrible explainer too, I can show you a visual example? ;;; )

While that's true, if you use white layers, then you can't have a renderish background like you do with transparent ones.

But I'll have to look into that. thanks c:
