I tried to get the ROM to create my own sprites for people walking in FMNV version, but the ROM said that NDS games were now restricted. Is there another way to get the screenshots that aren't available elsewhere?

Ah yes, Romulation has taken off all DS titles off of their site since a while ago. However, they do still upload the title of the game (which includes numbers, and usually a (US) or (J) sign behind it). Copy this title, and search for it on google, you're bound to find the ROM on a site that does have it. Beware of viruses though.

I ripped Claire's face myself, then transformed it into a MFoMT version. Either way, the files are a .PSD file, you need either Photoshop to open it, or GIMP. GIMP is free (google it), but there's a link to download Photoshop with the serial key included in the description.

You extract the files first ... which I'm assuming you have done so. There should be a clear indicated file called serial key as a notepad file. Find it, and then stop bothering me.

I barely have any maps myself. This is why you need to rip them yourself, it's explained in the tutorial.

rawr, I'm trying to do it in PhotoFiltre,(bad idea), just I can't do it, and I don't understand the part that says:
''make sure that the sprites are not in the background layer and they are in a layer''

In Photoshop, if you open up a new document, you start out with a default layer called 'background layer'. This layer is locked and can not be unlocked; it's basically useless. A regular layer is not locked and can have anything be put onto and have transparency. The background layer does not have any transparency.

If you ask if you need to 'install anything' then I will recommend not doing anything at all to your computer.
Adobe Photoshop is a software program, it's common sense that it would need to be installed.

You click on the setup.exe file ... so you can install Photoshop.
