I Don't think I Have Adobe Photoshop but MS Paint and I Think doing the fog since it's for game too as well X<

I was thinking the same thing. How do you get curves in the hills and such? Everytime I design a map it looks blocky and just not realistic. This looks great!

Well you're referring to me rather than the artist, but I am almost tempted to suspect some sort of 3D filter. I know newer Photoshop versions can do 3D filters of some sort. The sides of the hill appear to be distorted grass tiles, so if not a filter, they were used to construct cliff faces that look like natural hills. The blockiness is avoidable by rounding out corners on the tiles. I recognise some of the tiles, but they've all been edited to feel unified with the rest of the map and have a soft rounded or skewed shape to them.
Overall it requires taking to tilesets with a graphics editor. I'm sure nice maps can be made with the RTP, but I wouldn't know how to advise that.
