doesn't feel so much cold as cool. minty freshness in every inch. if this were printed on minty gum boxes, people would snatch them off the shelves!
this is really gorgeous. it's cool, serene and soft yet i get a feeling of it being a tip of an iceberg. like it's just a taste. it makes me not only want to be there but to go on further still. it's like a promise of even greater tranquility and soft beauty

Thanks!Ya know it is odd here on days like when I shot this. The air is cold, but the sunlight is so warm...ya have to be careful, because though the air temp may actually read 38 degrees, the sunlight is quite warm or hot and ya get sunburned real easy . They say it's cuz of our altitude

I think every little home should have a framed print or painting that makes you feel calm and in peace, no matter in what mood you look at it. This would definitely fit that job were it placed in my home!

Thank you very much! It is my belief that Colorado should be seen by everyone at least once in their lifetime, it is gorgeous here. And yes, I have been to Germany....I lived there for 4 years...outside of Dortmund und Duisburg

That's a very interesting composition. I really like how you kept that little line of rocks in the background, it draws my attention, as does the very bright line of water right below the mountains. And then my eye travels up to that beautiful sky. It's a soothing image, but not one that my eye washes over, one that I want to linger on.
