Haha, nice! I like how you set it up, it actually looks more acceptable in your alter!

I'm glad you like it! Some of my friends are horny bastards and like to get alt art with super sexy chicks on them. When my friend said he wanted Sheoldred, I didn't think I could do it until I found your art, which, btw, is ΓΌber amazing.

It's funny 'cause that drawing is a sketch from a gag comic strip I did for a class. I did make a more complete Sheoldred fanart, but I think this one was much more well-received, haha. Thanks!

I...I...
...You think that's actually possible, or is her armor fused to her skin?
...Not that it really matters. I read somewhere that latex dissolves in oil, and her bottom half is a spinal cord that plugs into...whatever it is that she's riding on.

She's so moe that she resurrects my interest, and causes my opponents to sacrifice there assets to her moe-ness. OK that was kinda bad but I love your MTG fan art. Are you going to make this into a proxy card?

Got to admit it was pretty funny to search for random art and see your "defult" picture pop up. Funny funny!

I LOVE the crap out of Phyrexia.
I should.
I AM Phyrexian!
Love this painting and, more importantly, love the comic you made with it!!

The title of the strip this panel is from is actually "I Hate Phyrexia," haha! I'm not too big a fan of the Mirrodin sets overall.

I don't mind Mirrodin, but not only is Infect hideously overpowered, but just in general I'm not a fan of the whole "corrupting the world, our sick, pus filled boils are a conduit to God." thing.

Infect overpowered? Hahaha... nah. Maybe in limited, but in constructed? Unless you're flashing in Blightsteel Colossus after a board wipe in EDH... no way man.

The thing is, giant growth (Or any quick creature booster) deals very, very permanent damage. To anything.
If it had just been "When this creature deals damage to a creature, that creature gets a -1/-1 counter, and when it deals damage to a player he or she gets a poison counter" it would have been both balanced and interesting. As of now it's just Whither + Venomous (At whatever the attack of the creature is, which can be huge) for not a whole lot more mana.
That kind of permanent damage shouldn't be available to a 2/2 for three mana.

I have yet to lose to infect yet. I played an elf deck all last standard and now I'm rolling UW control. Infect is just so laughable to me.

I don't play tourney, with uber-combos and all the stress and crap. It just irritated me because I like my creatures, and getting them constantly weakened and killed just bugs me.

Haha, I tend to be the buzz-kill in casual circles.
Player summons 50 elves with Coat of Arms. "Next turn you're so dead!"
I play Day of Judgment. Wut.

Now that's the kind of hilarity I can get behind. That "Oh, what was that? You had a combo planned? Oh, my bad."

Casual combos! When I do my combo decks in casual circles... I get dirty looks. "So I uh... tap Time Sieve and sacrifice these artifacts... next turn... I'm gonna do it again, then Open the Vaults and stack two more triggers... you having fun yet? I can keep this going for a while."
Oh man. I need to rebuild that deck. WITH SNAPCASTERS.

Archmage Ascension + Beacon of Tomorrows = Trolling time itself.

Trying to remember what Panoptic Mirror does.
Also, Myr Welder + Staff of Domination + Lux Cannon = Blow up anything, anywhere, for 4.

My first casual combo deck was built around ramping up [link] and dropping [link] on it. The way the deck was built, it was almost a consistent turn 1-2 win, with most games lasting four turns max. I called that deck "The Death Note" (I made it before Death Note was popular. /hipster).
My second one was something a bit more complicated, but the combo is also a 1-2 turn win depending on the startup. [link] + [link] + [link] . The deck uses a bunch of tutors and cards like [link] and [link] . It's fun to play because when I combo off, most people don't really understand what I'm getting at, and expect something like a "huge Fireball." But that's boring. I finish them off with [link] . I played a 9-player game of Magic and finished everyone off on turn 1. Only problem is you can't really play the same people many times in a row because they will just gun for you. Always fun in single player though.

As I said, not an insano combo "Blow everyone up before the game starts" kind of player.
Those strategies don't really appeal to me.
