Description Here's the third and final page of my stirring rendition of the first act of Shakespear's hamlet... a sort of 'Hamlet for dummies'... hope you've enjoyed! lord knows when i'll get around to doing the rest.... i may only do select acts that interest me... if anyone has any requests for favorite scenes(what're the odds?), i'll take them into consideration

Hamlet story and characters all property of the long-since deceased William Shakespear. Adaptation by Lissa B. Treiman "koosh-llama", with selected quotes from original text.

My goodness, that was hilarious.
No, seriously, I showed my sister who laughed her ass off, and is probably going to show her friends, who, in turn, will laugh their asses off and send it to their friends and the funny will spread like a plaugue.

This is bloody brilliant! You should definitely consider publishing 'Shakespear for dummies' comics if you ever get the time.

Cheers!

Seriously, if you were to finish this and take it to print, highschoolers the country over would buy. And shakespeare fans. and comic fans. Do it, oh please.

I love Hamlet so much. Seeing this made me giggle.

A good scene to draw would be... Hamlet breaking up with Ophelia. FUNNY. In a sad sort of way. Or the very end where everyone dies, practically at the same time. Tragic, but hilarious out of context. (Or how about when Hamlet freaks out at his mom and then kills Polonious? "A rat! A rat!")

Yeah, Hamlet's my homeboy. Sorry to bother you.

I'm not sure if you still read comments for these but... I love these 3 pages. Amazing work!

I have a request though... if you're still taking them into consideration. Act 5, scene 1. When Hamlet finds out Ophelia is dead then fights with Laertes in the grave and confesses his love for her. X) I know that'd be a bit hard to flesh out in a comical way but... If you ever have free time, think about it!

the big thing would be finding the time... i'm totally swamped these days and i've got a mountain of obligations i've been ignoring
but these WERE a lot of fun to do, so if i DO find the time somewhere (much in the way one finds a $20 in a jacket pocket) i'll totally look into it

thanks for lookin'!
