Drawing Warhammer commissars has proven surprisingly difficult. There are a lot of people that can make them look very intimidating and impressive, but my first efforts resulted in something more like a deranged band conductor than anything else. I'm making some progress, though, in my usual, plodding sort of way...Pictured here in Commissar Verrx, of the Steigian 42nd, the Black Dogs. It's likely that she and her Imperial Guards will show up in a little side-campaign that I'm working on, someday...

Thats right "For the Emperor!" Even though he and everyone else will die fighting, it's better to die for the emperor then to serve yourself and live. Pretty good picture but ins't your best lol

It's nice to see an ordinary-ish human in the 40K universe. I like it, but I do see how you could get stuck in deranged band conductor territory. (And now my brain is trying to write the Warhammer version of the Music Man. Oh, dear.)
