This was an older how-to tutorial so I decided to update it with a fresh look and fresh screen captures! So it seems like deviants get a little confused on how to submit artwork to AnthroCommunity or groups in general. Here is a tutorial to help!

My members can't submit to my group. Why?
Make sure you have submissions ENABLED. To check this do the following:
1. Group
2. Admin area
3. Manage members
4. MembersΒ on gallery, members: Make sure you have the drop down selected to either automatically approved or are subject to vote.. ( choose how many votes and how many entries someone can submit in a given time ( day / month / year ).
Do I need to be a group member to submit to a group?
Depends! Look to see if your group accepts open submissions or if you have to be a member to submit to their group. If you try to submit to their group and aren't able and you are not JOINED in that group, then that indicates they don't have open submissions.
How do I change the group submission limitations?
Go to group -> admin area -> manage members -> members -> on gallery, members: and manage your limitations there in the drop down menu for each folder

I have a group but members cant submit artwork, can u help? What do I do?

I would make sure that members can submit to the group. If you are not an Admin of the group, contact the group itself maybe via note and ask why your art isn't been accepted?

I'm the founder, an every time I try and fix it a message pops up that says "you are not authorized to edit the module," should I contact the help desk?

If you are for sure the founder and have admin privileges and your getting errors not being able to edit anything in your group, then yea I would say it's worth shooting the help desk a ticket

Regular members usually cannot submit journals to a group

ehm,i followed all step above and work.
but yesterday i checked to group where my art submitted,and my art doesn't exist in any folder in that group.
but when i open my art page, my art is still in that group *(i can tell that by looking to "Featured in Groups" section in art page)
Do you know what caused this ? because it's my first time to submit something to group in DA.

yes of course . in the first time i submit it to the group,my art appear in the folder (if i don't mistake, my art submited in folder called "featured" or somethng like that). but yesterday, like i said before,when i checked again to the group, my art doesn't exist in any folder in that group.
this is make me curious for some reason. probably my art still there,but the admin group hidden it ? (correct me if i wrong).
