This was an older how-to tutorial so I decided to update it with a fresh look and fresh screen captures! So it seems like deviants get a little confused on how to submit artwork to AnthroCommunity or groups in general. Here is a tutorial to help!

My members can't submit to my group. Why?
Make sure you have submissions ENABLED. To check this do the following:
1. Group
2. Admin area
3. Manage members
4. MembersΒ on gallery, members: Make sure you have the drop down selected to either automatically approved or are subject to vote.. ( choose how many votes and how many entries someone can submit in a given time ( day / month / year ).
Do I need to be a group member to submit to a group?
Depends! Look to see if your group accepts open submissions or if you have to be a member to submit to their group. If you try to submit to their group and aren't able and you are not JOINED in that group, then that indicates they don't have open submissions.
How do I change the group submission limitations?
Go to group -> admin area -> manage members -> members -> on gallery, members: and manage your limitations there in the drop down menu for each folder

nvm i found out if your fouder you have to go to the gallery and click the "contribute an existing deviation" under the plus sign this still helped!

but say i didn't submit directly to my groups, will they still be able to view my work when i upload it? cuz i open my notification file and i find like hundreds of deviations coming from them. will my deviations be sent to their files, too?

When you submit art and submit it to a group, it's in your gallery but as well in whatever group you submit it too.

How do you make images exclusive to a group?~

Are you referring to having images only be available per a group and not your profile? If so, that feature currently isn't available

is there a way to easily submit one thing to multiple groups?
because I don't like to click my work into 90 different groups :/

Usually it will display or tell you that your work was submitted

Well other than going through each individualΒ Deviation. Is there some sort of 'master' list I can view? So that I don't accidentally post something out of order and such.

master list? in your message center? Whenever your artwork is approved, it will show in your message center : ) so that's where it would show up. Just short of going to the group itself and looking through their gallery, you can click on your deviation and see what group it's "in".

Well just a list in genera,l would be helpful. I have quite a few deviations and have no real logical way of knowing what has been submitted to what. Other than going through each of them and seeing what's a part of what. Thus my question, is their some sort of list? Something that show's who submitted what. So I don't have to go through each and every piece of my art and literature to see.Β

No one wanted this layout, many stated this through various posts, comments and what not. Yet we still were forced into it.Which no option to 'change it back.'

That's a little far stretched to say "no one wanted" the layout. There's plenty of people who enjoy it and think it's a great update ( including myself ).

Without change we would be in a world of constant stagnation. For an Art community things are always changing and evolving. Imagine if they never changed their website to accommodate all the features in which it offers.Β If nothing truly changed then we would still be sitting on a very old, outdated website. Change is hard to accept, I get that. Especially when it involves something we're so passionate about and love. It takes a little getting used to. It took me a little bit to get used to everything ( even the new branding ) but It will grow on you if you let it.
It doesn't change the reason why we are all here. To live and breed art
