Just draw a grid and start to fill it
Well, if you want to do a similar thing, don't worry about coming up with ides for all of them at once. Just make one sketch - when that is done, think about the next one. Also, don't try to make them perfect, just good enough. Set a limit for the amount of time that you want to spend on a single sketch - this training is about making lots of rough sketches (at least it started for me like that 
If you need ides for poses, look at the show, or think of various actions or forms of movement that character can do. Or get some pictures of animals and translate them. Think of different expressions or emotions, actions or reactions that characters can do.
