Sweetie Belle's cutie mark is a music note - or an unrolling coil of fabric, maybe
Scootaloo's cutie mark is supposed to be a comet, but i guess a flaming skull would be even better...

if they would be, they would have to make one episode again and that would be simply idiotic solution that this time they would realize those to be their skills.
I don't really see that to happen, and in season 4 they (already hopefully) get their cutie marks.
