Yep. Episode in which Homer goes into space. While there he accidentally breaks the ant colony open, and the TV news on the ground sees ants flying around the ship that look giant due to being close to the camera. Kent Brockman then talks about how the crew has clearly encountered a race of alien super ants that will soon descend to Earth. He then says "And I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords" before proceeding to suck up to them.
Great episode.
