Somehow I don't think she ever really shared that bit of information with anyone but Church, and maybe York.
It could be that she wouldn't really want anyone else to know, especially Wash seeing as the Director is pretty much responsible for ruining his life.

And this is how I imagined her recruited them too! Man you're spot on! I love how predatory the Director is, swooping down on them when they're most vulnerable!

I like the fact she thought him to be a model scout.
But I'm not sure wether in English the joke with "test shooting" as gun shooting on the one hand and as foto shooting on the other hand really works. (Still I like it so much it stayed there. 
In Germany, the word "shooting" got assimilated into our language, so here it would do, but many of the "English" words sneaking into our language get twisted round in all ways and usually tend to not make sense anymore when used in proper English.
So... yeah.
But still: Thank you very much!

Although I'm still very insecure with many things I say and write.
And to be honest: Without rvb I guess I would've never been able to use the English language like I do now. It took me 'till season three to be able to understand what was said (before that I just liked the concept and grasped very little of the dialogues), and jeez I was happy when I reached that point.
So, whenever there is a mistake in my comics, please tell me, because the odds are high I won't realise it.

She's been one of my favourites too since the 9th season. She's just badass, but she's still so nice - so very different than Tex. I just love her (and want to draw her properly without the armor once I'm finished with the comic).

To be honest I feel the same way - in the beginning I just wanted this to be something totally idiotic and/or funny, but the more I think of it I feel this just has to be it (and take it more and more seriously). Or at least it would somehow fit her.

The whole meanwhile-comics were planned to be funny, but somehow, as soon as they are on the paper (or, more like on the data), they seem to be much more serious then I intentionally thought.
