"April O'Neil"
(Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Investigating a little too closely into dangerous gangs and ninja clans, Channel Six ace reporter April O'Neil was saved by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and became one of their closest friends, and is with them for nearly all of their adventures, while still trying to get "the big scoop" to take back to her disgustingly lecherous boss, Burne Thompson.
This is April O'Neil, based on her original and iconic yellow jumpsuited appearance we all remember from watching the original cartoon.
Apparently near the end of the original cartoon they changed her clothes and gave her regular street clothes and a jacket instead of living 24-7 in that weird yellow jumpsuit no one could ever figure out why she, or any reporter for that matter, would caught dead wearing.
(NOTE: this is a work of fiction, this is not for a REAL animated series! I don't work in the animation industry in any way.)

she looks very great!
maybe you have to try someday to do some characters of the extreme ghostbusters, specially for Kylie, Eduardo and Garrett

I think I might have to at some point, because I do want to get into doing characters from The Real Ghostbusters cartoon, and Extreme Ghostbusters is a continuation of that so I can't ignore those characters, it would be unforgivable

Yeah he was a great character, the show really ended way too prematurely.

well here I never saw all the episodes so I didn't know how many there are and of course never see the end
now I'm trying to search the series to download but only I find it in english and without subtitles, but I'm going to get too like that because I want to finish to see it.
hope someday they do a new movie of the ghostbusters and would be so cool if they think on do them with the extreme ghostbusters too, that could be the best thing but sure they're not going to do it

I know they want to do a new Ghostbusters movie but they've run into a few development snags which is holding it up pretty heavily.

hope soon they could do it, because is one of the greatest old series and movies that now not have an actualization, and sure they have a lot of fans out there...
another series that I think with the same problem is Johnny Quest, there was a lot of time of the last series and is another that I can't find to download or see online

I remember that newer Johnny Quest series, but I haven't really seen much of it online. Although they have (kind of anyways) shown up in a series called "The Venture Bros" but thats not really for kids, lol

never hear about that series, but I'm going to take a look...
sometimes is nice when some series have versions for diferent ages of people, the bad part is when the kids look it thinking that is for them too maybe because that the transformers not have more serious and adult series like the G1 fans want

Venture Bros is pretty much a tribute and also a spoof of Jonny Quest type shows. And because its owned by the same company that owns Johnny Quest, they've made appearances, but the characters existed in the past of the show. Hadji works as a phone customer service rep and Jonny is, well, a drug addict
Its and AWESOME show, but its for an adult audience

haha that's sounds crazy XD but I think maybe is much better than most of the shows you could find now on TV, specially those that adult swim that started in cartoon network and now are on Isat, never could find one of those shows that I could like
I'm 22 years old but I still like old caricatures and shows XD like pink panther, tom and jerry, the flinstones, looney toons and of course transformers, ghostbusters and all that XD

Actually it IS in fact an Adult Swim show, one of their best in fact!
I'm 29 and I still watch all that stuff too, got lots of the cartoons I grew up with on DVDs so I'm always watching them

wow, here never seen it, maybe is one of the new after they take it out of the cartoon network...
yeah, I think when you have a pc with dvd or a dvd player itself and your always favourites series and movies nothing is better than that

haha XD cool, that's very great because when you haven't one you have the other
here we have 4 tv, and one is with the old family videogame, but since we have computers to play games that videogame is really sometimes used... when I was a little girl I was all the day playing with that thing XDDD

I've read a lot of emulated games are harder to find now since a lot of them are getting sold on Xbox live and the Playstation Network and stuff, but I could be wrong

well maybe could be because that, and another possible thing that is happen could be something about copyrights, because many games have them and maybe could there problems

Ah the ugly yellow jumpsuit! I never questioned it then, but now... I just really want to know- Why a yellow jumpsuit?!

KrisSmithDW In reply to Hopeofmysoul [2010-05-05 11:17:44 +0000 UTC]
lol I have NO idea. The only think I can think of is that they used her first appearance in the comic book as reference, where she WAS wearing a jumpsuit (although it was like gray/blue) but that was because she was working in a factory. I think they just figured that was her standard look, went with it, but made her yellow so it would stand out more and be more memorable.
