Well, character number 4 in this project is none-other than JIGGLYPUFF! I truly don't know why she's survived throughout all 3 Smash Brother's games... ._.' I personally hate playing as her as the only useful "strategy" that one can pull off with her is her Rollout move. Spam B and you win. D:< She could have been replaced with so many other pokemon... Like Voltorb. I would love being Voltorb, even if I died everytime I exploded. o_o'Now about the art part of this! Well, I do enjoy doing these things where I have little to nothing to work with. (Mr. Game and Watch is going to be fun. ._.) So I decided to go with the conventional "Jigglypuff Popstar" idea. Then I remembered her costume with the blue bow and I kinda went overboard with the ribbons. ._.' Not to mention, she's doing the whole perspective and pinky extended thing that I did with Pikachu, just in reverse. Whats up with Pokemon and looking both 3-dimensional and fancy? o_o?
Either way, I hope this satisfies all you Jigglypuff fans out there. All two of you.

That was my monocle falling off.
But yeeeeah, I suppose since more than two people have commented that MAAAYBE she has her place in Brawl. She definitely has a unique fighting style all to herself, but she's not one of the characters I actually enjoy playing... (And I used to main "Random," for fun. : DD)
But think about the Voltorb.
His B would be Self-Destruct.
His over-B would be Self-Destruct.
His down-B would be Self-Destruct.
His up-B would be Self-Destruct.
His smash attacks would be Self-Destruct.
His shield would be Self-Destruct
Any movement would cause him to Self-Destruct.
His Final Smash would be Explosion.

I love this, ^-^ but in all seriousness I have to argue. As much as I like Ness, ironically Jigglypuff is my main, and my favorite character in Brawl (even my favorite nintendo character, yes...I am a rarity xD ) . Being a competitive player at the game, I know some pretty smart moves with this character. She isn't useless as I have beat plenty of good people with Jigglypuff, and rollout is just one of her good kill moves, it's not her only good move. Fair Fsmash and Rest are great kill moves. If you can hit with rest that is. A player who is good with Jigglypuff's aerials can really dominate with her. She isn't great in Brawl according to tiers, but she was a nightmare in Melee as players won several tourneys with her and she could kill any character at 20%+ with Down B. Also Jigglypuff is an original character from the N64 game, so I don't think she is getting replaced, along with her heavy popularity in Japan. To me, just because it's cute doesn't mean it can't fight.

Hmmm cool drawing. Kinda weird though, for some odd reason I've always considered Jigglypuff a man. You know kinda like Puff-Daddy. Or at least that was my thinking when the game originally came out.

Thanks. I always figured Jigglypuff to be a girl. Especially when her different costumes on Smash are all feminine. ._.' Then again, Jigglypuffs can be both genders in the newer Pokemon games, but I'm basing it all off Smash.
