Rozen's dickwad of a father. Just felt like drawing him.Lil fun fact cuz I feel like sharing;Β The crown around Cul's head is some sort of "crowning glory" buff(tradition in Roz's kingdom), a crown would float above the winner's head if it's previous bearer is defeated.. or killed.
Ironically, Sinclair wears the current crown because he defeated Rozen before(when the goffmoff tried to take control of the Resting Grounds before they become frienemes)
Edit: Also.. the swords pinned in his back were from the past kings he has slain, so he's got sum numbers on 'em
.... I have yet to draw the mum :')

He was originally green, but-- red suits more for his theme, and it compliments his title as the Tyrant king :'>
