I've decided that Pandora was born during a Bloodmoon. Thus why her "spectral" form is similar to that of her father's Bloodmoon skin.

Left: if Pandora were to inherit her father's appearance, she would look like this. I've also decided that she was also taught by Evelynn, although on how to use her sickle-shaped tailcoat which serve as tentacles, they levitate by magic. I was also inspired by the fanmade Bloodmoon Evelynn skin Design not final yet, I'll have to flesh out a few details sooner or later.
Right: final reference sheet for Pandora/ Also how she casually works with the Black Hat Organization. She serves as Black Hat's assistant and Observer's eye. Again, the BM Eve skin inspired me, like if she were to turn into her spectral form, the colors of her outfit would drastically turn black. She's wearing a gauntlet on her left similar to that of Thresh(more likely a gift)
