Bio: Swoop, along with the rest of his team - the Lightning Strike Coalition - once fell victim to gruesome experiments from the Decepticon scientist Shockwave. And thus, the Dinobots were born. Swoop, being the friendliest and most outgoing of the Dinobots, is surprisingly good natured, kind, and upbeat. Few of his comrades realize this however, as his team's reputation and his alt-form, considered (for some reason) particularly "horrifying" to Transformer aesthetics, makes others wary of getting close enough to learn about the bot himself. Swoop is an excellent aerial combatant and bombardier, and has become skilled at using the fear his alt mode creates in battle. Of course, he considers that to be his greatest weapon. Like all the Dinobots, though, Swoop tends to be arrogant, disobedient, and sometimes disagree with Optimus Prime's leadership style. He's also a bit of a show-off to the others, including his close friend Windrun, which can make Bumblebee somewhat jealous.

Another character design for the series: fav.me/d7a5j66 This time, it's my own personal design for the Dinobot Swoop. Yeah, it really has been a while since I've designed any of the Dinobots. Seriously, I've only ever designed Grimlock: So, now that I'm kind-of back in the mood, I've decided to carry on here, starting with Swoop. ^.^ To be fair, he might be the easier template to work upon (although, to be fair, I did regrettably go over the top with Grimlock's design). Also, as much as I was working G1 Swoop's original design around a more realistic looking Pterodactyl, I'd assumed I was partially working around "Fall of Cybertron" Swoop's face as well. Although, upon closer inspection, he actually DOES have a mouth: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/9… So, um... Yeah, new personal face design for Swoop here! Ah, whatever, it's still worth it I'll say.
