Another Undead Pyrrha Ik but i can't help it seeing how I wanna make the Team JNPR in Mortal Kombat!if Pyrrha was in mortal Kombat she'd be a wraith! I decided to put her on the sea of immortality stage seeing how she's kinda being revived again for battle (idk if i got that right sorry)
Im super proud of this! She looks so fucking awesome!

random idea I came up with...
following an especially hard battle...
Β HOW!? I...I SAW you DIE!!
Β ...you were THERE that night, weren't you? You were trying to SAVE her, right? (sighs) Truth is, "Pyrrha Nikos" DID die back then: I don't quite know who or what I am, but I DO know that I'm not that huntress-in-training...not anymore. (shakes her head) Between the incomplete soul transfer and the whatever that silver light was... (blinks as Ruby further tears up) That was YOU, wasn't it? (smiles and ruffles the little girl's hair) You really ARE something, huh? (clears her throat) In any case, I honestly don't know all the details myself, but due to the actions of Ozpin, Cinder, and yourself, from the ashes of the "Invincible Girl" eventually gave way to a NEW type of warrior (sighs) Like I said, I'm not Pyrrha, not really: just a spirit of vengeance inhabiting what was once her corpse (gives a small smile) ...but for whatever it's worth, I AM sorry you had to see that: even now, I can feel that you meant a lot to her: that you are one of the purest souls to walk the face of Remnant (sighs) Don't tell the others just yet that I'm around: they're still grieving and all of them, but especially this "Jaune" character that occasionally crops up in the flashes of Pyrrha's memories that pop up from time to time, need to accept that the friend they knew is never coming back...but Ruby, was it? Just know that when the time comes for the final battle, I'm more then willing to stand by your side in battle...
Β (nods as "Pyrrha" turns to leave) Until that day comes then, but before you go... (gives her a quick hug) I realize that this isn't entirely accurate, but it's good to have you back... ("Pyrrha" just smiles and returns the hug before running off into the night)

"Pyrrha": (turns to the voice; her eyes widen in shock) JAUNE!? (blushes as memories not entirely her own spill into the mind of the living wraith that was once the Invinsible Girl; tears up a bit as she shakes her head in confusion) I...I'm sorry... (teleports away using a fiery vortex, a la Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion from the Mortal Kombat franchise)
Jaune: (reaches out in vain) No, WAIT!
Ruby: (grabs him) Let her go, Jaune: from what she said and what I've seen, she might be taking this situation worse then how WE are, and that's saying something...
Jaune: (tears up a bit) ...but...
Ruby: (shakes her head) I'm thinking that Cinder DIDN'T stop the soul transfer, at least not entirely: she may have gotten just a fraction of a fraction of Amber's aura, but it was enough that, on top of her, you know, DYING, or whatever it is that happened...she doesn't know who or WHAT she is anymore, other then a girl with powers supposedly only exist in story books
Jaune (sighs, but eventually nods) ...do you think she'll be back?
Ruby: (shrugs) She'll need some time to figure out how many of her memories and emotions are actually HERS, but I KNOW she'll be back (smiles) After all, she promised me she would, and if she's anything like the "Invincible Girl", then she always keeps her promises
Jaune: (smiles) She never DID know how NOT to help someone if she was given the chance to do so...

"Pyrrha"/The Living Wraith*1* (currently facing off against Cinder sometime after Ruby, Jaune, and company have made it to Atlas): (gives a wicked smirk) What's the matter? You look like you've seen a ghost...
Cinder: (growls, then freezes the former Invincible Girl solid before conjuring up some rocks to try and crush her; gives a dark laugh) Did you REALLY think I wasn't willing to kill you a second time? (gives a shocked gasp as the rocks literally melt away, revealing the visage a completely intact Pyrrha Nikos) Wha...what are you?
"Pyrrha": (scoffs) A Living Wraith*1* (gives an dark chuckle as Cinder tries to burn her alive, without success) You know what happens when you play with fire? (makes a show of setting her entire weapon ablaze with her own power alone) You get burned... (uses Pyrrha's semblance*2* and her own hellfire*3* to seal the door shut before adopting an aggressive stance) Just to get this out of the way, despite my appearance, I am NOT Pyrrha Nikos...but that doesn't mean that I won't enjoy every second of this...
1) hey, Maria/The Grimm Reaper proves that titles/secret identities are a thing in Remnant, plus the name just seemed appropriate
2) what can I say besides, "I can somehow see the Living Wraith as being able to use her Polarity, alongside whatever semblance Amber might have had"?
3) yes, I took some cues from Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion for this, and yes, I KNOW that combined with *2* this might make "Pyrrha" a little OP, but come on: you have to admit the set-up sounds cool

"Pyrrha"/The Living Wraith: (nods) Right: I'm sort of recall you telling Pyrrha that (shakes her head) Listen, as much as I'd LOVE to play with your pet, I've got some business to attend to: I've recently discovered that there's a traitor among General Ironwood's scientists*, and said traitor is going to attempt to sabotage the dust processing plants, and as I'm sure Weiss could tell you, dust is VERY volatile in it's raw state: if this traitor succeeds, Atlas will be little more then a crater; unfortunately, I haven't had much luck finding out who it is on my own
Ruby: (sternly) Then it's a good thing your not alone anymore (holds up a hand to stop the coming argument) I know, I know, "don't tell anyone about you", which is why I wasn't going to say anything other then the info you gave me came from an anonymous tip: WE can try and find the traitor with the more conventional ways, while you stick to the shadows and see if you can't find anything we might have missed along the way
"Pyrrha"/The Living Wraith: (muses then nods) That's actually not a bad idea: more hands WOULD be useful for this search: I'll see if I can't have us meet up later (smiles) Good luck, Ruby

"Pyrrha"/Artemis/The Living Wraith: (smiles) Fair point, and don't worry about the name: I actually kind of like it (turns to leave, but pauses) I know I'm not Pyrrha, but could I maybe have one last hug before I leave?
Ruby: (quickly embraces her) If you have Pyrrha's memories, you should know you don't NEED to ask ANY of us for a hug if you want one
"Pyrrha"/Artemis/The Living Wraith: (smirks as she breaks the embrace, briefly scratching beowolf behind the ears before she turns to leave again) I realize this isn't entirely accurate, but I look forward to working with you again, Miss Rose
Ruby: (sniffs a little) Me, too (turns as she hears Yang calling for her) We should probably... (pauses as she realizes Artemis is no longer there) ...wow: she is GOOD
