Another homework assignment. I think I still have to add sounds to the links and a mask somewhere, but this is pretty much it.
I always try to make something useful in my homework assignments, so this is the Beta for Suta-Raito's new tutorial section. =} Which uh...will be released when the whole site goes through renovations.
And I have no idea when that will be.

I'll probably make the sidebar more fancy later, or at least not a square. I should really match it to the imaginary layout I haven't planned out yet.
