Woo, spell counter support, who saw that coming? Anyway I should make this quick because, school, namely college. Here's the effect:

Whenever a spell card is activated, put one Spell Counter on this card immediately after resolution. Any monster you control with at least one Spell Counter on it gains 200 Attack and defense points for every Spell Counter on this card. You may remove 5 Spell counters from this card and target 1 normal spell card in your GY, activate it's effect. You can only activate this effect of "Mystical Power Circle" once per turn.

Ok, so generates spell counters, and can boost the power of monsters with spell counters, and that's just about it. Off to more homework.

Big 100 update... so this card had some notable changes... first the boost it gives monsters based off of it's spell counters is doubled, to 200 per counter instead of 100, and more notably, it has a second effect, where it can spend some of it's built up counters to reactivate the effect of a spell in your GY, that way this card ha a bit more utility to it.
