Here's a tutorial on how I make mine ;w; When making an animation, always save it as Gif, nothing else or it won't move! If you are just saving it to do later for example you did the drawing but you'll do animation later, I save it as a PNG. xDDD I use Sai to make them, import to gimp, use( color chooser, choose the bground color (to be transparent) add alpha channel, then erase. I never knew there was another way!
