Its Arlia! Appointed Dragoness ancestor who watches over Time and Space. In her immortal form, she looks like a female in her prime. Her job is to also have conference with the chronicler from time to time.Normally, A divine Dragon would dare not interact with the actions of mortals, however after witnessing Spyro's Heroic deeds, along with his selfless acts of love when it comes to Cynder, Arlia decided it was for the best interests of Dragonkind If time was altered to be free of Malefor's existance, and give the two heroes another chance at life

Shes gorgeous and I somehow knew she was to give Spyro and Cynder another chance of life and childhood they missed. She also reminds me of akatosh.
