"Cricket's the name. Jiminy Cricket!"

My latest model is the original Disney sidekick, Jiminy Cricket, looking dapper as always with his top hat and umbrella! As my models have continued to become larger and more complex over the years, it was fun to make a small little character again! Jiminy stands about 4 1/2" tall to the top of his head, and about 5 1/2" with the top hat included. However, since he comes from one of the most lavishly detailed animated films ever made, I tried not to cut any corners on the details, despite his small size. I also tried to use colors for Jiminy that had an antique look to them, to match the classic look of the film.

Jiminy is ready to lend a hand if you give a little whistle, and he turned out to be one of the most pleasant little projects I've worked on in a recent years!
