Here's the last of the elemental trio. I had a concept for the other two of the trio and for this one I really didn't, so it's more of a throwing-ideas-against-the-wall design. I wanted the final evolution to have Drizzle as an ability so I wanted to find a way to implement the cloud visual. I specifically wanted the cloud because I thought it was a really cool concept to do with fusion evolutions because it can conceptually "evolve" into different weather starting Pokémon. With this evolution it's a Rain starter, the Electric-type Fusion would be a thunder cloud, and the fire evolution would be a Sun starter.

I tried to do a bit more of a Sugimori shading with these ones, but in the end I was no good at it and changed it to what it is now. It's still a little more loose of shading them my previous stuff and the color palette is far more muted.
