I don't think there's a proper routine on how many times. Personally I wash my wigs around 3 times of use.

Oh you are a savior! I had to wash out an unfortunetly long curly wig and this really helped me! Now just to curl it again!

Sadly my hair iron doesn't have that setting, it's always on one temperature only, I dunno what sadly. Although, usually heat resistant wigs can take upto 180 degrees. just be careful coz you might end up melting em XD

Washing is easy, usually you just soak the wig in shampoo or conditioner and rub it gently before soaking it to fabric conditioner
