Ok hehe this was a little horror to upload I had to try it many times...So the Preview picture is not a gif at all..I make this pixel just for fun as my deviant Id, so the rabbit is eating the cookie and the balloon is flying a bit, I'm new at pixelart so I only did a few things, this was my first try with a bigger one.

I draw them like I draw my chibis etc. only that it is much smaller.
I use (shame on me) paint for making it, because the other Programs I have do not any pixel they're to smooth.
