It's simple, but very smooth. What program? Animation shop? It'd be cool to see this in color. A nice trick if you do use animation Shop is the Onion Skin button.

If you use a Mac, it won't work. I tried to load it to my cousin's computer, but it was the wrong system. Adobe seems to be an excellent program, so that would probably be best to stick with. Your results are very cute with it.
