Sooo sorry if this doesn't help you, but if it does then I'm very happy. -w-So yeah, shows how I make my icons and mini animations.

Nope, I have Anime Studio but thats like.. in a way like a cut out animation, you don't draw each frame @-@
I also have SAI
and Gimp but.. it's to slow on Gimp for me to draw ANYTHING on it kuz I know it has some sort of animation thing
