Description
I had this image in my head of a freaky shadow and slenderman at a weird angle and this popped up on my paper. It was the first one I drew of this bunch, but I'm loading it last cause it's the coolest in my opinion!Related content

Heh, hey that can be an artform too if you do it well. I play at it, but can't do the kind of detail I would want to do (as I'm use to with drawing and painting!) still working on it. So far only really attempted one piece I'm any form of pleased with. I'll get it posted one of these days...

Very cool! I love his face and his silhouette, especially the shoulders. Nice unique interpretation!

I really like this interpretation of Slender Man. It makes him more human, without leaving out any important details.
The shadow adds sort of 'demon on the shoulder' sort of style, or perhaps a kind of dark reflection. Either way, very cool.

its sort of the thing I wanted to go for, that he is trying to look human, fool you at a distance, but as he grows closer the horror of how unhuman he is becomes apparent.

I enjoy these pictures. >:3
Might I ask why you choose to give Slendy facial features, though? 8U

Actually I choose to do him as if there is a skull with a thin layer of skin stretched over it, so its not facial features it's more like shading over the hollow places.

Ahh, I see... That's an itneresting take. I keep seeing people shading his face or giving him facial features, and I always think, "... Why? Isn't it his lack of face that adds to making him creepy?"
But I see that your explanation is creepy as well. xD

let alone there are exsamples as well fromt eh orignal forum when slenderman was still being created. [link] this one shows him with a face, overall most agreed that they liked him a bit more on the faceless side, but the orignal shot also had a bit of shading around the eye area, hallows as it where.

its not one of my faves. I prefer a more indistint look myself.
