Well, it took a while of moaning and groaning and threatening to quit but I've finally finished this. I thought I'd never finish the fur...

It's Spider, in wolf form. Basically the background info on all the glyph marks etc. goes along the lines of back many centuries ago the hunting of pterota fyli (not angels as such but translated as 'winged tribe') was considered a popular an honourable sport, as the pterota fyli were associated with vermin animals, such as the mouse, fox, hawk and wolf - animals that destroyed flocks and crops. Their worship of the Vanir gods, especially the god Fenrir, son of Loki, was a great insult to the people, who worshipped the rival group of Gods, the Aesir. Loki is the enemy of the Aesir and to honour his son was considered blasphemy.

The majority of the tribes were wiped out, and those that remained adopted different forms, a gift given to them by the Vanir gods as a sign of pity. Spider was caught by priests, had all hour wings sealed into her left shoulder and her legs bound to the ground, further preventing flight. The seal poisoned her blood and body, but the god Fenrir intervened and gave her a new wolf's body that would hold the poison and would give her a longer life. She can resume human form but only for very short periods of time before the poison fills her system.

Well, there you go.

Apologies for the extreme injection of Norse mythology. I just find it very interesting... so I hope I got the facts right... ^^ Google is not always the most reliable teacher...

I also hope the Greek used is correct. and I went through Hell trying to find out what gramatical order the nouns and adjectives went, Becca ashamedly being the one who had learnt Greek and forgotten...
