So... I painted this for a contest in art, but I forgot to turn it in.
I really like it, though. Usually I'm bad with paint, but this time it turned out nice.
It was supposed to be just a red tree, but it looks sort of pink. So think of it as a pink tree that's not a cherry tree. 'Cause it isn't a cherry tree. It's a red one!
Er, watercolor on some kind of textured watercolor paper, and also colored pencil for the detail in the trunk. And light Photoshoppery, 'cause there was a damaged area on the side I had to fix.

Nicely done. You could always adjust the gamma levels to make it look more red

A reworking from scratch usually does yield better results. Give it a try whenever you have the time :-D
