Here's another one of my new anime version of Lady Quantum. This time fighting Josh, one of the Snyder Brothers, that have hassled her before. They are big, mean, underhanded fighters, and are also super strong and tough. I guess it's a good thing our heroine knows how to dish out just what it takes to put brutes like this down for the count.Lady Quantum and Josh and Joey Snyder (Also known as the Snyder Brothers) are my and cannot be used without permission. Quantum can be found patrolling the streets and skies of where apparently she found this poor sucker committing a felony to where he needed to be knocked down a peg.

Regardless I like this view of an action scene handled in your new toy. Maybe more fighting scenes will be created in this style.

Perhaps, it depends on if people like it or not. I've gotten mixed reviews. Some folks like it, others don't, and like the more realistic look because it is sexier.

This is a refreshing lookout one of my fave blonde bombshells kicking some "Hulked out" character of yours. Nice flying punching pose and I like the little snarl you gave her while she connects that powerful right arm to his noggin.Β

Speaking of backgrounds, on that sign in yellow, makes me wonder why most BBQ joints advertise "Old style" when I have no idea what New style is???

I'd have to say that with the BBQ sign, at least in Japan, Old style for them would be something like smoked meats with a kind of soy sauce style BBQ, whereas NEW BBQ is more Americanized.

That is a different looking image, visually I mean, as it looks like a comic or drawing instead of a render. I have seen other renders done in a style to mimic a drawing which I did not like but this one is different and works.

Actually the torn jeans and no shirt are from the fight. These guys don't wear clothing that is super resistant to damage because they are more like street thugs that use their size and strength to intimidate and get what they want. Most of the time it doesn't come to a fight unless a super shows up.Β
They are that size all the time. Not "huge" per se, (like someone that grows into a giant) but definitely larger than even your average body builder.

Technically it probably took a little more than a single punch to take this big guy down, but it's a pretty good action shot. You are right about the inappropriate comment though. The Snyder Brothers are notorious for making comments that push people's buttons, even super heroes and heroines. They just don't care. In fact, it's more of a ruse to get them out of jail time because their lawyer can have a case for excessive force. It's pretty sad when the bad guys know how to work the system, huh?

Β Of course, the fact that most states won't allow you to practice law with a felony conviction on your record means that most of their knowledge has a distinctly limited usefulness, but...

Very true, however, if you've got a lawyer that doesn't care if you're guilty or innocent, just does the job, like what the Snyder Brothers have, then you can get away with quite a lot, especially if they have connections, and, ahem, can grease wheels.

I'm not sure if it's the angle, the lighting, or just the character as a whole. Anime characters seem to always look younger simply because of how the are designed a lot of the time. With skinnier limbs, larger heads, and bigger eyes, they look like kids to teens that are in their development stages. There are some anime's that try for a more realistic look, but they are fewer in number.

Specifically it's the angle that is going to make her look shorter, especially in relation to such a large individual. The lighting also makes her look younger.
