Yes, any multiple of 4 excepting the multiples of 100, unless it's also a multiple of 400 -- those are still leap years. Thus:

So remember to tell your grandkids not to add that day in 2100!

wait, we only have a leap year cause our world takes 365 days and a quarter to complete a revolution around our sun, so we add an extra day every 4 years to make up for the extra quarter of day we have each year, but when you take into account that the sun moves around their world, and is moved by Princess Celestia, there shouldn't be a need for a leap year
