A short comic from the episodes Princess Twilight Sparkle.
Yeah, we only got a vague clue of what happened with Cadence protecting the Crystal Empire, but from everyone going on and on about Twilight being EQUESTRIA's savior now that the Princesses were gone. How do you think that makes Cadence feel? XD
Cadence may have an Empire, but the younger, adorkable Twilight Sparkle has the whole freaking world to protect. XD
I don't think she was taking it well.

i think the only reason they did that was because:
a. the writers probably didn't want to write her the episode
b. twilight had a lesson to learn (like always)
c. the crystal empire isn't exactly close
but still, funny

But Twilight was the last princess IN EQUESTRIA. The Crystal Empire is its own thing. Also, wouldn't Cadence be an Empress now? So she's not even a princess anymore. She can buy and sell princesses with all those crystals to sell, too. Which probably explains the jello and liver, actually. . .

To be fair is the Crystal Empire really "in" Equestria. I mean they have there own government and stuff.
Also anyone else think Cadance is having pregnancy cravings?

Well for one, the guard makes a reference to the fact that Cadance is busy ruling the Crystal Empire.
Celestia and Luna rule Equestria,
Cadance and Shining Armor rule the separate state of the Crystal Empire
and Twilight is the back-up princess for Celestia and Luna
I also have a theory that the magic that protects the Crystal Empire from those who would use it's magic for darkness, like Sombra, is tied to Cadance and her powers. Separate her from the Crystal Empire for an extended amount of time and the kingdom would be vulnerable.

Whoa, hey, it's not cannibalism until they start eating horse meat, or at LEAST other members of the equine family.
So until someone kicks Zecora onto the barby they've just become omnivores, not cannibals.
