Bueno segun explicaron en la pelicula habia una version de Twilight la cual intento oponerse a sunset, pero esta fue humillada de manera atroz por la susodicha, y sumado al hecho del poco apoyo por parte de miembros de la escuela, la chica no lo soporto y se fue de esa escuela, asumo que esa chica era la Twilight humana

This makes a lot of sense! If we suppose that those two universes are connected in any way, and the actions realized in one affects the other, it wouldn´t be strange that the human Twilight had traveled to the pony universe at the same time. Unless that the one of the facts that difference both universes is the existence of Twilight and Spike. However, if more ponies or people can go through those portals, like the villain, that would mean that the human version of the villain would have also traveled to the pony universe. Another theory is that in the moment that one of them passes a portal their version is destroyed and all the memories of their existence in order to maintain the equilibrium. However, as we saw in the trailer, any of the characters remembered Twilight, like if she was new, so that could mean that Twilight doesn´t have a human counterpart. That still make us think about what would happen if any of the other mane six traveled to the human universe. Would they meet their own counterparts? But I think that it may be too soon to draw any conclusions. After watching we´ll be able to speculate.

Interesting idea, but false: if Twilight and Spike already had human/dog counterparts, then how come their friends' human counterparts had never met Twilight until then? Besides, the trailer showed her and Spike entering, body, mind, and soul, into the mirror and physically transported to this Human Equestria. Also the human counterparts have different names than the ponies do, so they're not 100 percent the same.

First of all, it's Rarity, not Raraty. Second, the names have yet to be announced. Hasbro has confirmed name changes, but none of them have been released; we'll find out when the movie comes out, which is today!
