This is actually how I thought the movie would be, like Twilight(& Spike apparently) didn't simply transform into a human when she stepped though the mirror, it like somehow made her switch brains with her human self in the human world, leaving her human self in her pony body in the pony world, & the 2 Twilights wont be able to switch back until pony Twi resolves a matter in the human world & like near the end of the film they would face a problem that threatens both of their worlds, so once they somehow take care of the problem together, the 2 Twis return to their normal bodies then everything goes back to the way they regularly are & the humans & ponies become BFFs, even though they are still living separate universes.
