I figured they went into a AU where they don't exists. Hence why in one scene she looks in a book and one of the pictures looks similar to the MLP pictures where it shows all the Mane 6. Except In the human world she is absent as she's non-existent in that universe.

According to Ziggy, there's an 92% chance you need to make friends at this high school and an 83% chance that the stolen big crown thingy will be found somewhere on the school grounds. Ziggy says that some kinda dance, a prom I think, is coming up. There's a 21% chance you'll find it there, but there isn't sufficient data to confirm this with any higher degree of accuracy. Ha! still sounds like better odds than getting back with my third mare!

Same thought has crossed my mind, but then I figured that Hasbro is thinking there are no human duplicates of Twi and Spike, and that when pony Twi crosses over, she's just turned into a unique human that hadn't existed before, and likewise for Spike, except involving dragons and dogs.
...this made more sense in my head.

At the moment, I'm decidedly undecided about EQG. Though I have a feeling that, even if I should not like it, that there will be some great stuff for comedy in there.
For example; I've heard somewhere that the school-principal would be an analog to the immortal goddess of the sun, Princess Celestia.
...sooooo, is the school princepal an immortal goddess, too? Possibly in retirement, can't go on ruling kingdoms and countries and such for all eternity, of course.
And lemme guess - she has a recently-returned younger sister that had previously been banished from the schoolgrounds for 1000 terms for attempting to bring forth everlasting exams?

There is a theory about universes with duplicates. It's that there are some in one of the universes that doesn't have duplicates, and they're the only ones who are able to travel between the universes.

A plausible theory is that she transported to a universe where she doesn't exist so not to destroy the fabric of space-time, as 2 versions of the same object existing in the same reality at the same time probably wouldn't fare well for the universe.
