Ever since I watched the episode , "Phantasms", I was surprised yet amused about Data's dark side. Since it reminded me of my previous motivational poster about Lore I decided to create one with Data

Johnny! (My apologies, I have just found the comic by Jhonen Vasquez, so now I can not see "the homicidal" without thinking about the comic) It appears Data has gone mad, I need to watch this episode.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with her character but I could see why nobody likes her especially since she would whine a lot.

yeah, she was just never one of my favorite characters, there was just something about her that annoyed me. I wasn't really a fan of Doctor Crusher either, she wasn't bad, I didn't really hate her, she just wasn't my favorite, I preferred Polaski (I have no idea how to spell her name) over crusher, but I definitely like Crusher over Troi.

I never liked Dr.Pulaski because she was always mean to Data by putting him down for who he is. I admit Dr.Crusher doesn't really have much personality but at least she's helpful in her field of work and she dances

yeah, but that's kinda why I like Pulaski, it's weird, because Data is my favorite Character, but I dunno, she kinda reminds me of McCoy and I really like him as well. Crusher just, it's like, she likes the Captain, they have a history and when they get flirty or she tells him off, it just seems weird to me, plus Wesley Crusher......don't get me started on him. Troi just always gets on my nerves, plus it really bugs me that she's the only one on the whole ship who doesn't have to wear a uniform, and what's her reasoning behind it? " It makes her more approachable' Um, 'ello Ezri Dax was a counselor and she wore a Uniform. Plus she just seems kinda dumb to me... you know all her ' I'm sensing hostility Captain' when they're talking to an armed Romulan ship or something. But that's just my opinion.

But he was not awake. He only attacked Troi because he saw a mouth on her shoulder. A mouth that turned out to be a killer life-sucking organism that Data eventually killed and saved the entire ship. oops... My nerd is showing again...

Thanks for your corrections but Data was awake when he attacked Troi.Again the intent of this poster was to express satire. But I'm not sure if everyone would think a homicidal android is hilarious

Actually Data was having a "waking dream" as Troi called it. So, technically, he was conscious, but he still had no idea what he was doing until Laforge subdued him. That was when he came back to reality. ^^

This was the first ever episode of TNG I saw!! I laughed like crazy when I saw Data stab Deanna! XD I was half-expecting the Psycho theme music to play! XD

I LOVED this episode. My husband and I laughed so hard at cellular peptide cake. We even made a son about it.

The episode you are referring too is "Brothers" which is in Season 4. Dr.Soong, Data's creator, was the one who controlled Data not Lore.
The episode in my motivational poster is from "Phantasms" which is in Season 7 and the episode is about Data having dark dreams.
