I discovered some really amazing fanfics that were written in the 2011, one of the author was able to combine black humor with sad facts, since the fanfic is in Chinese, he was able to give a lot of cute names for the characters.
Well I just wanted to say that this particular fanfic gave me the idea of this picture. So, Thanks a lot! XDD.
So this is after Nirnaeth Arnoediad in which Fingon died, and leaving Maedhros to fight on in the still long war. It was probably after this when Maedhros had the intention to abandon his life if this war should come to an end.
